1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Buying and Downloading

Digital products are licensed to you for personal or single-project professional use unless the seller states otherwise on the listing. Resale or redistribution of files is prohibited.

3. Selling on the Marketplace

Sellers must complete verification before publishing. By submitting a listing you confirm you own all rights to the content. See the Seller Agreement for full terms.

4. Prohibited Content

No plagiarised plans, no copyrighted material you do not own, no content that violates Nigerian law.

5. Disclaimers

Plans and drawings are provided "as is." Engage a licensed engineer/architect before construction.
