Who owns the copyright to my designs?
You do. Buguzon Global never takes ownership of your work. You grant us a licence to display and distribute it to buyers on the terms in the Seller Agreement, and you can unpublish a listing at any time.
How much do I earn per sale?
You keep 70% of every sale. Buguzon Global retains 30% to cover payment processing, hosting, curation, moderation and global payouts.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts are sent to the bank account you register during verification, in your local currency. We support USD, GBP, EUR and NGN. Earnings are settled on the platform payout cycle once the buyer's payment has cleared.
What are the file requirements for architectural drawings?
Full architectural sets need a minimum of 7 sheets — typically site plan, floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plan, foundation plan and details. Submissions with fewer than 7 sheets are rejected during review.
How long does review take?
Every submission is reviewed by a human before it goes live so quality stays high. You are notified by email as soon as your listing is approved, or told exactly what to fix if it is not.
What happens if a buyer requests a refund?
Digital downloads are covered by our Refund Policy. Refunds are only approved for genuine issues such as corrupt or misdescribed files, and you are notified and given the chance to respond before any decision.
