Seller Agreement

This agreement governs your use of NSC Architects as a seller. Edit this from the admin dashboard.
1. Eligibility
You must complete identity and (where applicable) business verification before publishing listings.
2. Ownership and Originality
You represent that you own all rights to every file you upload, or have a license that permits resale. You will indemnify NSC Architects against claims arising from your content.
3. Commission
NSC Architects retains a platform fee on each sale. The current fee is shown in your seller dashboard and may change with 30 days notice.
4. Payouts
Payouts are issued to verified accounts after the buyer's refund window has closed. Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
5. Content Standards
No plagiarised work. No content that violates intellectual property, building codes, or Nigerian law. Admins may unpublish listings that breach these rules.
6. Termination
We may suspend your seller account for repeated policy violations, fraud, or chargebacks. You may close your account at any time; pending payouts will still be issued.
