Refund Policy

Digital products

Because digital files can be downloaded immediately, all sales are final once a file has been accessed. Edit this from the admin dashboard.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund within 7 days if:

• The file is unreadable, corrupt, or substantially different from the listing description.
• You were charged twice for the same purchase.
• You have not yet downloaded the file.

How to request a refund

Email hello@nscarchitects.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and a short description of the problem. We respond within 3 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve it directly.
